Typical Applications:
Silicone rubber buttons/rubber parts for electronic products such as mobile phones, telephones, laptops, fax machines, copiers, intercoms, and home appliance remote controls.

1.Vulcanize the material a second time (180℃/1-2 hours) and clean the surface.
2.Before use, dilute the ink with white mineral spirits at a ratio of 1 part ink to 5-6 parts white mineral spirits. Add the white mineral spirits gradually, adding a small amount at a time. After dilution, add 3% of the catalyst PL-2 based on the ink volume, stir well, filter with a 250-300 mesh filter cloth, and then apply by machine or hand spraying.
3.After spraying, let the product stand for 3-5 minutes in a dust-free environment before vulcanization.
4.Vulcanization conditions: Baking at 180-250℃ for 8-10 minutes.

Ink White Mineral Spirits 1 5～6 Storage Conditions:
1.Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and ventilated place; storage temperature: 0-25℃, humidity: 55-80%; waterproof, leakproof, sun-proof, high-temperature resistant, and away from fire sources.
Shelf Life:
The shelf life of the ink is 6 months; if the product has exceeded the shelf life, it can still be used after passing the technical inspection.

Precautions:
1.After opening the container, stir the product thoroughly. When adjusting the ink, PL-2 should be added after the ink is diluted and then stirred evenly.
2.Spraying should be carried out in a suitable environment. It is recommended that the workshop be dust-free, with the temperature controlled at 20-30℃ and the humidity controlled at 55-75%; low temperatures can lead to poor leveling and adhesion, while high humidity can cause pinholes in the coating, and low humidity can cause electrostatic dust pollution and safety hazards.
3.It is best to re-vulcanize the product to be sprayed at 180-200℃/1-2 hours, otherwise, it will cause poor local vulcanization of the paint film.
4.It is best to use a stepped temperature increase for vulcanization. If baking is carried out immediately after spraying and the temperature is too high, it will cause uneven surface gloss.
5.Please use the prepared ink within 8-12 hours.
6.If the customer has special requirements for the glossiness of the product, they can add bright oil or matte paste to adjust it.
7.When spraying, ensure that the surface of the product and the surrounding environment are clean to avoid external contamination affecting the appearance of the product.
Safety: 1.The product must be used in a well-ventilated environment, wearing necessary safety protection to avoid inhaling a large amount of the product during construction.
