    Instructions:

    1. Clean the substrate of impurities and treat it with flame or discharge.

    2. Stir the ink evenly before use, filter it with a 300-mesh filter cloth, and spray it manually or by machine.

    3. Place the workpiece in a dust-free environment for 5~10min before entering the drying oven.

    4. Baking conditions: Bake at 160~165℃ for 60 minutes.

    Storage Conditions:

    Store in a sealed, cool, dry, and ventilated place (-5~25℃, humidity ≤85%), protecting it from water, leakage, sunlight, high temperatures, and fire sources.

    Shelf Life:

    The shelf life of the ink is 6 months; if the product has exceeded its shelf life, it can still be used after passing the technical inspection.

    Precautions:

    1. Stir the product thoroughly after opening the can.

    2. Maintain a suitable environment for spraying. It is recommended that the workshop adopts

    dust-free treatment, temperature control at 20~30℃, and humidity control at 60~80%. Excessive dust will lead to more defects, low temperature will lead to poor leveling and adhesion, high humidity will cause shrinkage pores in the coating, and low humidity will cause electrostatic safety hazards.

    3. Silicone sheets treated with flame (or discharge) must be used within 30 minutes. They must be retreated with flame (or discharge) after 30 minutes.

    4. The coating thickness is 15~20μm; the coating increases the load on the elastic wall, and increases with the increase of the film thickness, the elongation rate of the silicone decreases. If there are concerns in these aspects, please consider the construction method and spraying thickness appropriately.

    5. Inadequate flame treatment or substandard baking conditions will affect the adhesion of the product.

    Safety: 1. The product must be used in a well-ventilated environment, wearing necessary safety protection to avoid inhaling large amounts of the product during construction.
