Primarily used as a heat-vulcanizing adhesive for platinum-based silicone rubber and liquid silicone rubber with PA, metal, polyester, PET, nylon fiber (polyethylene terephthalate), bakelite, epoxy resin, and organic glass hard substrates.

Category:

  • Product Description
  • Features:

    1. Excellent adhesion to various silicone rubber compounds and liquid silicones, including those requiring or not requiring two-stage vulcanization.

    2. One-component, single-coating, simple process, general-purpose adhesive for high and low temperatures.

    3. The bonded parts are resistant to water, salt spray, chemicals, oils, solvents, and other harsh environments.

    Performance:

    Color: Transparent liquid

    Components: Single component

    Solvent: Mixed solvent

Shelf life: 3 months in unopened container (25℃)

    Process:

    1. Surface treatment: Treat the substrate with a solvent to remove oil and dust.

    2. Glue application: After mixing and filtering the adhesive, apply it using brushing, dipping, or spraying methods.

    3. Drying: Bake at 100℃ for 15-20 minutes.

    4. Storage: Bonding should be done as soon as possible after glue application, preferably on the same day. If contamination and exposure to high temperature and humidity are avoided, it can be stored for no more than 3 days.

    5. Vulcanization: Bond the uncured silicone and substrate by rolling or hot air vulcanization.

    6. Unused adhesive should be stored in a cool place with the lid tightened to prevent volatilization and dust contamination.

    Precautions:

    1. Store in a dry, cool place, away from heat sources and open flames.

    2. The solvent is volatile; please tighten the container after use.

    3. The workplace should be fireproof and ventilated to prevent prolonged inhalation or prolonged skin contact.
