    Instructions

    1.Secondary vulcanization of the material (180℃/1-2 hours), surface cleaning.

    2.Before use, dilute the ink with white mineral spirits at a ratio of 1 part ink to 3 parts white mineral spirits. When diluting, add the white mineral spirits in small amounts several times. After dilution, add 2% of the catalyst PL-2 based on the ink amount, stir well, filter with a 300-400 mesh filter cloth, and then apply by machine or hand spraying.

    3.Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes in a dust-free environment before vulcanization.

    4.Vulcanization conditions: Baking at 180-220℃ for 10-30 minutes.

    Storage Conditions

    Store in a sealed, cool, dry, and ventilated place; storage temperature: 0~25℃, humidity: 55~85%; waterproof, leakproof, sunproof, high-temperature resistant, away from fire.

     

    Shelf Life

    The shelf life of the ink is 6 months; products that have exceeded the shelf life can still be used if they pass the technical inspection.

    Precautions

    1. After opening the container, stir the product thoroughly; when mixing the ink, PL-2 should be added after the ink is diluted and stirred evenly.

    2. Spraying should maintain a good suitable environment. It is recommended that the operating room be dust-free, the temperature be controlled at 20~25℃, and the humidity be controlled at 55~75%. Too low temperature will cause poor leveling and adhesion reduction, while too high humidity will cause shrinkage pores in the coating, and too low humidity will cause electrostatic dust pollution and safety hazards.

    3. Products to be sprayed should preferably undergo secondary vulcanization at >180℃/1-2h before use, otherwise it will cause poor local vulcanization of the film.

    4. Vulcanization is best done in a stepwise manner with increasing temperature. If spraying is immediately followed by baking at too high a temperature, it will cause uneven surface gloss.

    5. The prepared ink should be used up within 8 hours; sealing and refrigeration (0-10℃) can extend the storage time.

    6. Adjust the dilution ratio according to different product categories and spraying processes.

     

    Safety:

    1. The product must be used in a well-ventilated area, wearing necessary safety protection to avoid excessive inhalation during construction; do not ingest.

    2. Handle this product with care. Please pay attention to the items before and during use. Relevant national or local government safety regulations should also be followed. (Refer to the corresponding MSDS for detailed safety instructions).
