1. Clean the surface of the material.
2. After taking the ink out of the refrigerator, wait until the ink temperature returns to room temperature or close to room temperature before stirring and using. If the viscosity is too high during use, add an appropriate amount of special thinner to adjust it to the appropriate viscosity before screen printing, transfer printing, or dot printing.
3. After screen printing, the product is allowed to stand for 5-10 minutes in a dust-free environment before vulcanization.
4. Vulcanization conditions: Baking at 180-220℃ for 10-15 minutes.
Storage Conditions
Storage temperature: 0～10℃, humidity: 55～85%;
Waterproof, leak-proof, sun-proof, high-temperature resistant, keep away from fire sources.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of the ink is 6 months;
If the product has exceeded its shelf life, it can still be used after passing the technical inspection.

Precautions
1. After opening the product, stir it thoroughly.
2. Printing should maintain a good suitable environment. It is recommended that the operating room be dust-free, the temperature be controlled below 25℃, and the humidity be controlled at 55～75%; Too low humidity can easily cause static electricity in the ink, causing drawing phenomenon, and easily causing poor printing appearance.
3. It is best to clean the surface of the material before printing, otherwise it will cause local poor vulcanization of the paint film.
4. Please pay attention to refrigerating the ink. Unused ink should be sealed and refrigerated. The usable time for prepared ink is 4-8 hours.
5. The product must be refrigerated, otherwise it will cause the product to deteriorate, the glue to die, and clumping, making it unusable.
6. The product should not be excessively diluted for printing, otherwise it will cause insufficient color concentration, diffusion of printed fonts, weak three-dimensionality, and many other problems.
7. The vulcanization temperature and time of the product must be ensured, otherwise the product is easy to not dry, affecting the adhesion.
8. Ordinary screen printing red and green inks are not resistant to carving. If laser engraving is required, a transparent oil should be printed on the surface of the product.
