Features:
1. Excellent bonding effect on various silicone rubber compounds and liquid silicone rubber, including materials that require or do not require two-stage vulcanization.
2. Single component, single coating, simple process.
3. The bonded parts can withstand water, salt spray, chemicals, oils, solvents and other harsh environments.

Process:
1. Surface treatment: Treat the substrate with a solvent to remove oil and dust.
2. Glue application: After the glue is mixed and filtered evenly, apply it using brushing, dipping, or spraying methods.
3. Drying: Dry at 100℃ for 15-20 minutes.
4. Standing time: Bonding should be done as soon as possible after glue application, preferably on the same day. If contamination and exposure to high temperature and humidity are avoided, it can be stored for no more than 3 days.
5. Vulcanization: Bond the uncured silicone rubber and substrate by rolling or hot air vulcanization.
6. Unused glue should be stored in a cool place with the lid tightened to prevent volatilization and dust contamination.
Precautions:
1. Store in a dry and cool place, away from heat sources and open flames.
2. The solvent is volatile. Please tighten the container after use.
3. The workplace should be fireproof and ventilated to prevent prolonged inhalation or prolonged skin contact.
